The short version. We collect what we need to deliver what you signed up for. We do not sell your information. Ask us to delete it any time.
Who we are

What we collect
- What you give us. Your name, email, phone, and business name when you register, book a call, or pay; the class and date you choose; and anything you write to us.
- Payment details. Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email, the amount, and limited card details such as the brand and last four digits. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Site usage. A small first-party analytics script records pages viewed, clicks, scroll depth, device type, and referring site. It uses a random identifier stored in your browser. It never records what you type into a form. IP addresses are not stored in readable form.
How we use it
- To deliver what you bought or booked, schedule sessions, and send links, receipts, and reminders.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To see which pages help people, and improve the site.
- To prevent fraud, handle payment disputes, and meet legal obligations.
Who helps us
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only what they need: Stripe for payments, Google for calendar invitations and email, FormSubmit for delivering registration emails, Vercel for hosting this site, and our phone and text provider. When you use an AI assistant we set up for you, what you give the assistant is processed by the AI model provider that powers it. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-site advertising.
Texts and calls
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your purchase, booking, or class. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts. Your number is never sold or shared for someone else's marketing.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies. The analytics script stores a random identifier in your browser's local storage. Stripe may set cookies on its own checkout pages for fraud prevention, under Stripe's privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as you are a customer or prospect and as long as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes, then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing tk@AIwithTK.com. We will respond within 30 days. Some records, such as payment records, may be kept where the law requires.
Children
Our Services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as health records or government ID numbers through web forms or email.
Changes
We may update this notice. The effective date above shows the current version.
