Your AI assistant
The $500 setup plus $99 a month service.
What is the personal AI assistant?
Your own AI assistant, installed and configured on your computer and set up around the way you already work. You give it a name, then use it from your desk and from your phone, by typing or by talking, and it answers you in a real voice.
What can it do for me?
It starts with eight jobs: sorting your email and drafting the replies you send most often, waiting for your approval before anything goes out; scheduling; reminders and follow-ups; research with the sources attached; documents; spreadsheets and the math inside them; voice; and the small errands that pile up all week.
Everything is yours to direct. Turn off what you do not need, and ask for what is not listed.
What does it cost?
Two ways to pay for the same service:
- Monthly. $500 setup today, regularly $750, which includes your first month. Then $99 a month. The $99 includes 22 hours of TK's time each month, not unlimited, with two of those hours reserved for maintenance and support of your model.
- Yearly. $1,569 today for setup plus a full year. Then $1,069 a year. That saves $119 against paying monthly.
The price shown is the price charged. Nothing is added at checkout. See both plans.
When does the monthly charge start?
Your first month is included with setup. The first $99 charge happens 30 days after checkout, then once a month until you cancel. On the yearly plan, the next $1,069 charge is one year after checkout.
How does setup work?
After you pay, TK reaches out by text or email within one business day to book your setup session. The install happens on your computer, around the programs you already use. Plan on up to two hours, depending on your system. You give it a name, send it a first real task, and go from there.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You do not build anything. It gets installed, configured, and handed to you working.
Is there a usage bill on top of the $99?
No. Your assistant's own AI use is included under ordinary use. The fair use terms explain what happens in the rare case use goes far past normal.
How many support hours come with the $99 plan?
Your $99 monthly plan includes 22 hours of TK's time each month for support, training, and updates. It is not unlimited. Two of those hours are reserved for maintenance and support of your model. If you need more hands-on work than that, Managed Services covers it.
How do I cancel?
Text or call (813) 270-2754, or email tk@AIwithTK.com, any time before your next renewal date. Cancelling stops all future charges. Payments already made are not refunded, as set out in the Terms.
How is this different from Managed Services?
The assistant is your own AI assistant, installed and maintained, for $99 a month. Managed Services, from $2,500 a month, is a hands-on monthly working relationship with TK for a business or an executive, with a working session every month and support in between.
Classes
Three live classes and how to pick one.
What are the three classes?
- Intro to AI and Your First Agents. $49 per seat, introductory rate. 2 hours, live online. You build your first agent in the lab.
- Advanced AI, Agents and Automation. $500 per seat. Up to 8 hours, group setting. Includes everything in Intro, plus one real agent built and running on your own accounts.
- Executive Training. $2,500, one to one, up to 8 hours. Includes Intro and Advanced, built entirely around your real work, with a recording and a follow up call.
Which class should I start with?
If you have never gotten real work out of AI, start with Intro to AI. If you already prompt comfortably and want agents doing the work for you, go straight to Advanced. If you want it handled around your own schedule and your own accounts, take Executive Training. Not sure? Book a free call and you will get an honest pick, including the cheaper one.
Do I have to take Intro before Advanced?
No. Advanced already covers the Intro fundamentals. Intro stays $49 as a low cost way to find out if this is for you, not as a required first step.
Are classes online or in person?
Open classes run live online. Executive and corporate training run on site or over Zoom, whichever you prefer.
How big are the classes?
Seats are deliberately limited so everyone gets attention on their own work. A class needs a minimum number of registrations to run. If a date does not fill, you are offered the next one.
Is it a lecture, or do I do the work?
You do the work, hands on, from your own device, on your own material. Watching somebody else demo AI teaches you nothing you will remember on Monday.
What do I leave with?
Saved prompts you can reuse, a clear sense of what to delegate and what to keep, and in Advanced and Executive, at least one working agent built on your real accounts and saved to your own drive. Executive also includes the recording and a dated action list.
Are sessions recorded?
Executive sessions include the recording. For group classes and corporate engagements, recording is agreed in advance and consent is confirmed before anything is captured.
Do I get support after class?
Executive Training includes one 30 minute follow up call. Beyond that, the AI assistant plan and Managed Services are the ongoing options.
Is there a certificate?
Ask when you register and you will get a straight answer for your format. Nothing is promised here that has not been confirmed in writing.
Executive training
The one to one program, $2,500.
What makes Executive Training different?
It is one to one, on your real accounts instead of practice examples, and it combines the essentials and the automation material into one session shaped around how you actually work. Up to eight hours: your calendar, your inbox, your files, your problems.
What is included in the $2,500?
An intake before the session so no time is wasted, up to eight hours live one to one, the session recording, your saved agent, a written and dated action list, and one 30 minute follow up call inside 10 days.
What is the remote access piece?
Secure remote access to your working environment so you can put work in motion from your phone. Everything is set up on your own accounts and stays under your control. You are shown how to see, change, or switch off every piece of it.
Can I bring someone from my company?
Ask when you register. If what you need is your whole team trained, corporate training is usually the better and cheaper answer per person.
Teams and companies
Corporate training, custom builds, and managed services.
What does corporate training cover?
Whatever your team actually needs, built from your real workflows on the same curriculum as Advanced and Executive. A discovery call before the day picks the jobs worth automating with your managers. Everyone leaves having built something, and leadership gets a written summary of what got built, what is running, and what is next.
How is corporate training priced?
Custom quote based on scope, group size, format, and location. Day rates start at $5,000. Half day, full day, and multi day options exist. You get the number in writing before anything is committed.
On site or over Zoom?
Either. On site with travel handled in the quote, or live over Zoom for distributed teams.
What is a custom build?
We scope the work, build the agents and automations on your systems, test them against your real work, and hand them over running. Scope first, then a fixed number in writing, then work starts. Ownership, handover, and any maintenance are defined in the written agreement.
What is Managed Services?
The Fractional AI Executive Assistant, from $2,500 a month. A monthly working session where your agents get reviewed, tuned, and expanded, support between sessions, and quarterly re-tooling as the platforms change. Availability is limited on purpose. Terms are set out in a written engagement letter before the first month is billed.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Corporate engagements run under a written agreement covering scope, confidentiality, recording consent, and intellectual property.
Can you train our clients or members?
Yes. Consultants, brokerages, associations, and institutions bring this to their own audiences. Partner and referral arrangements are available. Raise it on the first call.
Payments and policies
How paying works, statements, refunds.
How do I pay?
By card on Stripe's secure checkout. Your card number never touches this site. Class payments start from the registration form on the training page. The assistant plans start on the Get set up page.
Is there a card processing fee?
No. The price shown is the price charged.
What will I see on my card statement?
Payments are processed by our operating company, Super 6 Series L.L.C., so your checkout page and card statement show Super 6. That charge is AI Made Simple with TK. If anything looks off, call or text (813) 270-2754 first and it gets sorted out.
What is the refund and reschedule policy?
Classes. Need a different date? Call or text before class and you are moved to another date. If we cancel a class you paid for, you choose the next date or a full refund.
AI assistant. Payments are non-refundable once made. You can cancel any time to stop future charges.
The full policy is in the Terms of Service.
Do you offer group, nonprofit, church, or school rates?
Yes, ask. Community organizations and schools are a deliberate part of who this serves, and for groups corporate training is usually better value per person.
Is there a payment plan?
Raise it on a free call. What can be arranged depends on the program and the timing, and you will get a straight yes or no.
What you need
Devices, software, and subscriptions.
What device do I need for a class?
A laptop or desktop, Mac or Windows. A phone or tablet is not enough for the hands on work.
Do I need a paid AI subscription?
For classes, yes. A paid plan on Claude or ChatGPT, preferably Claude. Free plans are too limited for agent work. It is paid to the platform, not to us, and it can be set up before class day.
For the AI assistant, no. Its AI use is included in the plan.
What do I install before a class?
Setup instructions are sent ahead of every session. Typically the Claude desktop app, the mobile app, and the browser extension, all updated to current.
What if my company IT locks everything down?
Common and workable. Say so at intake and the setup is adjusted to what your policies permit. For corporate work, involving IT during scoping saves a lot of pain later.
What if something breaks during the session?
Good. Watching a connector fail and get fixed live teaches the repair method you will need on your own later.
Safety, privacy, and limits
The honest boundaries.
What do you do with the details I give you?
Your name, email, and phone are used to contact you about what you signed up for. They are not sold, rented, or added to lists you did not ask to be on. Ask to be removed any time at tk@AIwithTK.com. See the Privacy notice.
Does this replace a lawyer, doctor, or accountant?
No. AI helps you organize research and sharpen your questions. For legal, medical, tax, or other professional matters, always confirm with a licensed professional.
Can AI be wrong?
Yes, confidently and fluently. The working rule throughout: AI drafts, you confirm. Anything that touches money, law, health, or your reputation gets human review before it leaves your hands.
Is my business data safe if I use AI on real work?
You are shown what to put in, what to keep out, and how to set things up so they fit your own confidentiality obligations. Law firms and medical practices should read the regulated information terms.
Do you guarantee results?
No. What you get is real work on your real accounts and something that functions when you leave. No specific income, time saving, or business outcome is promised.
Does this site use tracking cookies?
No advertising cookies. A small first-party analytics script counts visits and clicks so we can see which pages help people. It never records what you type into a form. Payments run on Stripe, class registrations are delivered by an email relay service, and fonts load from Google Fonts.
About TK
Who is behind this.
Who is TK?
Tim Keeley, an electrical engineer with hands on time across every major AI platform, who spends that time building agents and automations for real businesses. The job is making complex things simple and useful for your life, your career, and your business.
Why learn from an engineer instead of a marketer?
Because engineers have to make things actually work. This is measured by whether you leave with something running on your accounts, which is a much harder standard to fake.
Does TK use this himself?
Every day. The training, the marketing, and the operations behind this business run on the same agents and workflows taught in the classes.
How do you keep up when AI changes every month?
The material is re-checked against the platforms' own documentation before delivery. Features change, and what you are taught reflects what the platform actually does that week.
